Return Eligibility

Materials may be returned under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
  • Materials must be in original, unused condition
  • Original packaging should be retained when possible
  • A return authorization must be obtained before sending items back

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized materials
  • Items that have been used or damaged
  • Materials that have been cut, altered, or modified
  • Items returned after the 14-day return period

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return instructions and shipping address
  4. Package items securely and ship to the provided address
  5. Include the return authorization number with your shipment

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective materials:

  • We will arrange for replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping will be covered by us for defective items

Service Cancellations

For service cancellations:

  • Services may be cancelled before work begins
  • Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible
  • Refunds for cancelled services will be processed according to work completed
